We had an unusual "Black project" aircraft down here flying out of NASA
Houston headed west about dusk last year. It was about 20% larger than
the F-117, and the wings were a complete triangle going from nose to
tail, not typical swept back versions as on a fighter craft. The length
was 25% longer than the width, painted all black of course, and there
was no horizontal stabilizer at all. There were 2 vertical stabilizer
and these were both slanted inward at about 45 degrees, the opposite
of the F-117 and YF-22 The exhaust was a large rectangle shaped mounted
above the rear of the wing with no visible flame. It was very quiet
in flight and was very low about 1200 to 1500 ft and speed was subsonic
about 200 to 250 mph. I live within a controlled air space area so aircraft
of all types are an hourly ordeal. The black outline in the sky and
lack of noise made this unique, it made less noise than a C-150 and
mid throttle at the same distance. It does not appear to be an Aurora
due to the lack of contrail, nor a SR-71 due to the lack of noise and
different shape.
AURORA
The Aurora Project appears to include several different aircraft that
include various names such as the TR-3B, Firefly, Penetrator, and Senior
Citizen. Presidents Reagan and Bush authorized a string of Black
budget programs. The existence of several triangular aircraft
makes perfect sense only if you look at them from the point of view
of their possible use. Dart-shaped reconnaissance platforms, a
range of smaller triangular 'mini B-2' Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicles,
stealthy fighters and bombers. The TR-3B is not fiction and was
built with technology available in the mid-1980s or earlier.
The
Aurora Program is a top secret development program for advanced aerospace
vehicles and has been responsible for development of the hypersonic
strategic reconnaissance SR-75 Penetrator which replaced
the SR-71 spy plane, and the SR-74 Scramp, which rides piggy-back
on the SR-75. Using some of this technology the tactical reconnaissance
TR-3B's first operational flight was in the early 90s. At least
three of the billion dollar plus TR-3Bs were flying by 1994. The
TR-3B vehicle's outer coating is reactive to electrical
stimulation and can change color, reflectiveness, and radar absorptiveness. This
stimulation can cause the to look like a small aircraft or a flying cylinder.
EVIDENCE OF HYPERSONIC AIRCRAFT
Some of the first hard evidence the USAF or the National Reconnaissance
Office was testing a hypersonic aircraft surfaced in 1990. Strange
double-sonic-booms rocked sleeping Californians awake and triggered
earth quake detection-equipment. Stealth watchers were quick to
catch on and dubbing the booms "skyquakes". According
to Jim Mori, a seismologist at the California Institute of Technology,
the sonic boom signatures recorded by the 220 seismic sensors, operated
by the U.S. Geological Service, emanated from
aircraft traveling at high-supersonic speed. Mori said "Other
frequency and shape of the seismic waves indicate the sonic booms were
caused by an aircraft, much smaller than the Space Shuttle, a
hypersonic aircraft about the size of an SR-71." Then the
only operational SR-71 was based at Edwards AFB, flown by NASA
and was not in the air at the time of the skyquakes. On
many occasions, the booms came in pairs only minutes apart suggesting
that there was more than one hypersonic aircraft on a test flight at
the same time. USGS seismic sensors indicated the approximate
direction of travel of the mystery craft was over Southern California
and into Nevada, on a heading for a landing at Groom Lake.
Besides the skyquakes there were multiple sightings of wedged-
shaped aircraft all over the United States and abroad. An aircraft
with a diamond shaped pattern of lights was seen flying in a formation
of F-117s, refueling with a KC-135Q tanker over Beale AFB, near Sacramento,
California. According to a February 1992 issue of the "Scotsman
Sunday Post", high altitude tests of an American hypersonic aircraft
were conducted over the North Atlantic. The mystery aircraft
were observed landing at Machrihanish, Scotland a peninsula that just
southward near the coast of Northern Ireland. Numerous press reports
of loud-roaring- wedge-shaped-aircraft scaring sheep on the Scottish
fields of Kintyre and mysterious fast-moving radar blips speeding
above Mach 3 by civilian air traffic controllers in Scotland began filing
UK newspapers.
In 1989, one of the most famous sightings of the Aurora occurred off
the coast of England. An oil drilling engineer Chris Gibson, an
accomplished aircraft observer (having served 12 years with Royal Observer
Corps international aircraft recognition team) witnessed a black- wedge
shaped aircraft flying over the North Sea. The aircraft was refueling
with a KC-135 tanker and escorted by two F-111 chase planes, reinforcing
claims that the aircraft was being based somewhere in the British
Isles. This may have been a prototype hypersonic Aurora.
Military insiders say that a project involving a hypersonic reconnaissance
aircraft was cancelled in 1993. Other sources say that the project
(called Q) became too expensive and considered unfeasible. The
Aurora aircraft is said to be in flyable condition (in storage) at the
mysterious Groom Lake flight-test facility located inside the Nellis
Test Range in Nevada. According to some insiders, one components of
the Aurora/Senior Citizen system was not abandoned. A stealthy high-speed
reconnaissance drone,
originally launched off the back of "Aurora" (much like the
D-21 drone and SR-71 mothership concept) did survive. This is the craft
possibly
responsible for the strange "donuts-on-a-rope" contrails
reported seen over the southwest. (see Science Newsfront Aug.1992 )
In any event, evidence does support that something high-flying and stealthy
is still transiting the night skies of the world. The high speed
hypersonic Aurora may be an unmanned robotic drone.
What ever the identity of Aurora, some sort of high speed aircraft appears
to be flying. Many high performance aircraft are observed in the
vicinity of Area 51, Nevada. Attached is the apparent flight route
of an Aurora type aircraft from Europe to the Southwest. It is
known these aircraft are refueled with special type fuel, probably methane.
KC-135 tankers at Mc Guire Air Force Base regularly refuel high performance
type aircraft over the Atlantic Ocean.

Aurora Contrails
There are numerous reports particularly in the Southwest of the United
States. Here are a few examples.
FLORIDA, FORT MEYERS-- Astronomer Linda S. Jacobson
reports, "We have had several flying triangle craft reports here
in Southwest, Florida -- the latest was caught on video. The sighting
was made on August 21, 1998, at 3:30 AM. During the last three
months, triangle UFO sightings were occurring around 10:00 to 11:00
PM. Again as in the other cases the direction of movement was
from the South, toward the North. The Triangle that was observed
on the 21st was entirely lit from below with a steady glow from the
underbelly
CALIFORNIA-- On November 14, 1997, 10:05 PM, Professor
of Earth Sciences and the president of an oil company spotted a triangular
shaped aircraft moving east over Santa Barbara Channel. Estimated
speed was between 4000 to 8000 mph.
OHIO--October 8, 1997, midnight, pale yellow streak
appeared over Columbus, Ohio. Contrail was puffy and cloud like but
low ran from south to due north. NORAD claimed it was non-correlated'
event which means that it was not a man-made object that we track or
monitor.
CALIFORNIA--On October 3, 1996, there was a spectacular
aerial fireball sighted throughout the western United States.
Associated with that story was a claim made by an anonymous doctor,
who said that the fireball marked the emergency landing of a UFO on
a hilltop near Los Angeles, California, occupied by a restricted facility
called Rocketdyne, once a manufacturer of military rocket engines.
The mysterious doctor, who came to be known as "General A"
on late-night radio, says one current function of the Rocketdyne facility
is to service highly exotic aircraft that come and go on a regular basis.
Now, history repeats itself. Again, a fireball has been witnessed
near Los Angeles, and again, General A claims to have seen extraordinary
things at Rocketdyne. CNI News
On September 10, 1998, the sky above the greater Los Angeles area lit
up. Thousands of people saw a blue-white fireball arch from west
to east, appearing to crash near Calabasas area in the valley.
Two women, Carolyn in Simi Valley, and June in the mountains between
Santa Monica and Calabasas, were witness to the event. It was
dusk," June said. "It wasn't that dark. I could still see
the mountains and something on fire in the sky passing over my house!'
There was no sound. It looked like something dropped off of it
as it disappeared behind a nearby hill." Evidence was
gathered from local
vegetation by the Ventura/Santa Barbara MUFON group and analyzed at
a lab, along with radiation readings of a site near June's home. Analyses
showed whatever passed over the area had sucked the liquids from the
vegetation, causing a tree to explode, bark to fall off branches, and
an ash-like substance to form on top of leaves. All evidence was photographed
and documented. Simi Valley resident Carolyn, further east, was
about to enter her home. "It was getting dark enough to see the
early stars," Carolyn reported. "I just looked up as I was
going back in the house, and there was a real bright light that came
overhead from west to east. It looked like a comet with a tail.
Sort of like a gas flame; blue and white in color. Once
it passed my head, it changed into a V shape; like a Stealth Bomber,
only more V shaped. The object traveled faster than a plane, about
the same height as aircraft going into Los Angeles International Airport
and Burbank airport. As it continued eastward, all of a sudden
there was a big blast of light, and poof, it was gone! It reminded
me of a Star Trek movie when they're going into warp drive," Carolyn
said. Leir's friend, "General A," is a General Officer in
the Reserves. In 1996, he made several trips to the Rocketdyne
facility, gaining access to the area which had been cordoned off by
elite troops the night of the October 3 fireball sighting. On
October 5, 1996, the General viewed an area at Rocketdyne, blackened
as if there had
been a fire. Asking what had happened, a military spokesman told
him, "A damaged vehicle made an emergency landing here. It
was repaired, and left this morning."
General revealed what happened at Rocketdyne on September 11, 1998.
"When I got up there on the eleventh, there was a vehicle there
this time," the General reported. "I'm a very scientific individual.
I have to see to believe. I had the most tremendous experience
of my life! You have to call the vehicle alive -- alive in the
sense that if it is perforated, or injured, it would be self-healing;
the materiel is considered alive. It's hard to say what the vehicle
looks like. Let me say it changes form; changed every time I looked
at it. When I entered it, it changed its form. Everything
was flexible," he said. "I could see out of the craft,
but not into it." It is important to note that witness June
saw the vehicle morphing in the air. The
General added that the only reason people saw the fireball was because
the vehicle was in trouble. He said that prominent people all
over the world have been briefed on what the vehicles are, and who controls
them, including our own people in Washington, D.C. Later in the
report, the General said he had attended a social function and had spoken
of his experience to some Armenian engineers, who were working for Boeing,

FIREFLY STEALTH FLYING TRIANGLE
Graham M. Wilson reports a NATO 'Firefly' Black Budget Stealth exists?
The craft is an equilateral-shaped triangle, each edge, from tip to
tip, is approximately 184 feet. The 'Firefly' is one of the current
generation of super-stealth aircraft, still part of the black-budget
program. Near silent in operational flight, near silent hover
capabilities. The underside lighting configuration is so designed
as to give conflicting eyewitness accounts of the lighting and indeed
shape of the craft, the three large circular red lights in each point
can converge in the center to form one very large red or white light.
I am informed that there are two of these craft in Europe in current
operation, one is based at Boscombe Down, England and
shares flight operations with Macrihanish, Scotland. The other
craft is
based in Germany. The USA have two craft, of slightly different
configuration. The craft is manned or crewed by NATO personnel,
it is
believed all participating NATO countries supply flight crew.

Aerospace Writer Bill Rose responds to last week's article on the alleged
triangular NATO aircraft. May I add a few comments to the recent
report on Firefly. Firefly (proper name Lampyridae) is a
stealth interdictor aircraft, semi-secretly built by Messerschmitt-Bolkow-Bohm,
(MBB) now Daimler Benz Aerospace in Germany. Designed by Dr. Gehard
Lobert, this fighter sized aircraft is essentially a second generation
F-117A. Two demonstrators were flown at the Overberg Test Range
in South Africa during the late 1980s, but
the project was placed on the back burner and has probably been canceled. The
British HALO (High Agility, Low Observability) program is definitely
not a smokescreen for any program called Firefly, because HALO is itself
highly secret. The exact nature of HALO remains classified, but
BAe (British Aerospace) and the MoD (Ministry of Defence) have acknowledged
that small demonstrators are being test flown. Pinning down a suitable
base for trials of these craft is difficult, but a strong possibility
is RAF West Freugh, a highly secret facility in Western Scotland.
NATO pilots fly each other's aircraft on a fairly regular basis (including
recent Russian jets) and these
programs sometimes stretch into the black domain. RAF and Luftwaffe
pilots flew the F-117A before it was declassified.. Thanks to

and USAF have been playing a shell game with aircraft nomenclature -
creating the TR-3, modified to the TR-3A, the TR-3B, and the Teir 2,
3, and 4, with suffixes like 'Plus' or 'Minus' added on to further confuse
the issue.
What ever the identity of Aurora, some sort of high speed aircraft appears
to be flying. Many high performance aircraft are observed near
Area 51, Nevada. The National UFO Reporting Center and MUFON receive
almost daily reports of craft moving at double and triple the speed
of normal air traffic. For example on September 20, 1998, at 05:50
AM in Las Vegas, Nevada a person driving to work saw a green light going
from northwest to southeast at a high rate of speed. The photographs
attached show some of the best composite drawings of the aircraft.

Now that legendary Lockheed engineer and Chief model kit designer for
the Testor Corporation, John Andrews is dead, William McDonald has announced
that he personally confirmed the design connection between the Roswell
Spacecraft and the Lockheed Martin Unmanned Combat Air Vehicles (UCAVs),
spy planes, Joint Strike Fighters, and Space Shuttles. He was
a close personal friend of "Skunk Works" CEO Ben Rich, the
hand picked successor of Kelly Johnson, the man famous for the F-117
Nighthawk "Stealth" fighter, it's half-pint prototype the
HAVE BLUE, and the top secret F-19 Stealth Interceptor.
Before Rich died of cancer, Andrews took my questions to him.
Rich confirmed:
1. There are two types of UFOs.
The ones we build, and the ones THEY build. We learned from both
crash retrievals and actual "Hand-me-downs." The Government
knew, and until 1969 took an active hand in the administration
of that information. After the 1969 Nixon "Purge",
administration was handled by an international board of directors in
the private sector.
2. "'An' item", as opposed
to "'The' item" was recovered near
the world's only combat operational atom bomb base (Roswell AAF)
in 1947. Hull design, aerodynamic measurements, propulsion
info was passed directly to Jack Northrop and Kelly Johnson, beginning
in 1950, with a major block of data being passed on from
"The Working Group" at Wright Patterson AFB's Foreign Technologies
Division in 1952. "'The' item" refers to
the top secret designation of Kelly's original variant of the U-2 (TR-1)
spy plane in congressional and Pentagon budgets in the 1950s.
3. Nearly all "Biomorphic"
aerospace designs were inspired by the
Roswell spacecraft from Kelly's SR-71 Blackbird, onward to today's
drones, UCAVs, and aerospace craft.
4. The inward canted vertical stabilizers
of the F-19, the HAVE BLUE, many drones, some UCAVs, and the SR-71
matched the 30 degree inward cant of the Roswell spacecraft's
shark fin shaped pair of vertical stabs or "Winglets."
Same goes for the wing camber to fuselage "Blend"
of the airframe designs.
5. The outward cants of the F-22
Raptor, the F-117, the McDonnell Douglas YF-23, and the TACIT BLUE stealth
concept prototypes perform similar aerodynamic functions
for stability in high performance flight.
6. Rich observed that the impression
Kelly Johnson's contacts had was a negative impression and Kelly implied
in rare conversations on the subject that "Factions" from
"Out there" were a threat, more than they were a blessing,
and that the cost of having "Them" around was "Unimaginable"
and "Unbelievable."
7. It was Ben Rich's opinion, that
the public should not be told. He believed they could not handle
the truth, ever. Only in the last months of his decline did he
begin to feel that the "International corporate board of directors"
dealing with the "Subject," could represent a bigger problem
to citizens' personal freedoms under the United States Constitution
than the presence of off world visitors themselves.
